   You have up to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a
   return.

Please note: Electrical parts are not covered by warranty.

2. Product Conditions:
   The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in optimal
   condition.

3. Return Process:

4. Shipping Costs:
   Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of
   defective products or errors on our part.

5. Refunds:
   Once approved, we will refund the paid amount to your original payment
   method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Exceptions (Non-returnable items):
